How Home Rehab Therapy Works

The program starts with an initial rehabilitation evaluation in your home. Together, we will formulate a therapeutic plan that is appropriate for both you and your pet.  We will then schedule rehab sessions and set up a home treatment plan to meet your pet’s individual needs. Some patients may benefit from several professional in home sessions a week to address their condition, while others may only require a home treatment plan with follow up evaluations every few weeks.  Throughout the rehabilitation process, we will make adjustments based on your pet’s condition and progress. All of the therapeutic treatments and exercises are done in your home, around your schedule.
